Role
We are looking for a motivated Setter / Sales Development Representative who reaches out to potential new clients, creates interest and books qualified appointments.
This is not a closer position. Consulting, proposals and closing are handled by StudioNull / Julian Erik Waldbauer.
Tasks
- Contact potential clients by phone or in writing
- Create interest in websites, apps and automation solutions
- Book qualified appointments with decision-makers
- Document contacts and conversation notes
- Work directly with the founder
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and interest in sales
- Independent and reliable way of working
- Good German skills
- Good English skills for international clients
- First experience in cold outreach, sales or appointment setting is a plus
- Willingness to work commission-based
Compensation
15% commission on each successfully closed project from referred leads. The commission is based on the net order value and paid after the customer payment is received.
